Now that our province is opening more I have noticed an increase in fear of contracting covid 19 so here’s a little Holy Fire Reiki to calm your fears.

In light of all the panic and fear out there I would like to take the time to ask you to remember and count your blessings. If we take stock of what is in our homes we would most likely see that we do have enough. Enough food, toilet paper and cleaning supplies. Then I would like to remind you to take stock of yourself and emotions. Panic clogs our minds and heart so that we have no idea of what we have or what we actually need. YOU ARE ENOUGH. You don't need to be running to... purchase more to fill a hole that truly isn't there. To quite your mind from all the panic plan meals with what is in your home, meditate, read books that have been collecting dust on your shelves, listen and get lost in dancing to music, watch a funny movie. All of these things will help you to calm you mind and relieve the stress you have been feeling from the fear and panic. The reality is that many of us in Manitoba will not get this virus and those of you who do will have mild to moderate symptoms. Do your part to practice good hygiene and be mindful of touching your face prior to washing your hands. These are the things that will keep safe. Not buying up everything on store shelves. See more
