Saturday Oct 24th OR Saturday November 14th ( choose 1 day) 9am till 5.30 /6pm Course fee $ 150 plus hst This class is for everyone!! No experience needed just a curiosity to learn something new Level 2 Reiki ( level 1 is required) Sunday October 25th OR Sunday November 15th( choose 1 day) 9am till 6pm Reiki Master Practitioner( Level 2 is required) Sunday November 8th 9am till 6pm This class is the ART class or also known as the Advanced Reiki Techniques course. This is not the Reiki Master Teacher course. All these classes will Max out at 6 people. We will have plenty of room for distancing during a large portion of the courses but will be wearing masks/ face shields when doing body work. So I started working again since my Fathers passing and boy oh boy some shit is hitting the fan in my brain. Especially when it's quiet and I'm just giving Reiki type sessions. The quiet time can mess with you. The thoughts rushing in. Random but obviously impacting me. My braces are still on...but they won't see them off now My first Birthday coming up soon with them both being gone The only child thing is big..both parents have passed and with no siblings the loneliness of ...being left without them ..just me pisses me f off. The amount of things I wish I had said..the playout in my mind of conversations..( and yes I speak to them daily but it's just not the same for me right now. I find myself thinking briefly, I can ask Mum or run it by her regarding Dad because for split seconds I forget she's physically not here anymore. Then BOOM reality slaps Finding him....the images in my brain( yes ptsd for sure)..the not really knowing what happened just my wild imagination of him suffering... Grief is wicked..it's a brutal sloppy mind screw. Working is helping though it gives me comfort even if it sometimes gives me lots of thinking time during a session. I have started reading posts from a FB group called Grief Untamed. It's helped..especially reading the ones where people don't hold back their anger. Some people may view it as twisted but I find it cathartic. It's raw..it's real I would love to start blogging about this and I would love start some sort of support group ...in the meantime have a look.The link to the group will be in the comment section if anyone wants to take a peek See more

My Dad Mike... loved sports...football and hockey,he loved shooting the shit with the guys having some( or more then some) beers at the Bull. Dad at the age of 75 still working full time at No Frills had the last few months off because of Covid. Not working was this dream to him as he never took holidays unless the store was closed. He had moved into Mom's apartment in our house a couple of years ago. Just recently we noticed a change in him. Sitting out in the backyard with ...the rabbits that would visit. Sleeping in and drinking a wee bit less. We had a complicated relationship but I loved him.. We found him on Sunday... My Dad passed away suddenly and the sadness is overwhelming. We were to talk this week.. I had alot on my mind.. I don't get to now and it totally sucks. We are all wishing we had of said and done more for him but my Dad was..well he had his own way it wasn't easy. My advise..say the things you need to say before its too late. See more

Themes with my clients these past few weeks getting back to work . Relationships are changing..friends, family Some people are enjoying working from home more then their work environment and others feel like they're going crazy. People are second guessing decisions. Did I choose the right career, location,support system or partner( bringing up the past( regrets) Confidence issues... Heightened awareness or a calling for more as there is a hunger for spiritual solace Inner Peace then Inner conflict The need to support one another now is crucial. Our feelings are valid and when we feel safe to explore our fears we start to receive the clarity that will help a cloudy mind. Talk with your friends. Reach out People are thinking big changes and a lot of them are keeping it inside. Some people are doing well while others are shifting into something new and well other folks not doing well at all. It hurts me as I know many of you feel this too. I'm all about perspectives. I am trusting that the the storms will create a beautiful outcome for folks. That the dark times will instigate a beautiful illumination within each person. I too have experienced many of these feelings and thoughts. I try not to resist the changes as what we resist persists and what we let go flows!! Enjoy your day and practice listening.. from within and for others Just for today..I will be kind to my neighbour and all living things

We would have just returned from Ireland with 6 of our friends this past week and I was looking so forward to taking them here to feel this incredible energy.Just down the Rd from the Cliffs of Moher is this magical place. St Brigid's well. My video is not very clear, but for those of you who are energy sensitive you should be able to feel it no problem. I was in total meltdown after the video. I cannot wait to rebook this trip

Thanks to a friend for sharing this. What a fantastic speech and the universe has been hearing my thoughts this weekend and blessed me with this. No regrets in the 16th second.......
