According to our grand juror's, #Canadian chocolatiers have a knack for working with white chocolate. This year's "white chocolate bars with an infusion or flav...ouring" Bronze medal goes to Guild Chocolates from Petrolia, ON for their 35% white chocolate bar with ground-in, freeze dried blackcurrants. Guild Chocolates reopens Saturday, Sept 26. 11:00am - 5:00pm. We are looking forward to both seeing you and showing you many new chocolate items. Please remember to wear a mask as they are now mandatory inside public spaces in Petrolia. With the focus on chocolate production and shop revamping, the Guild website and product listing are not yet ready. Tastings are currently postponed until indoor, mask-less gatherings are permitted.
