CALLING ALL 2009 BORN BOYS & GIRLS PLAYERS GAC is happy to announce starting in the fall of 2021, we will be offering Elite programming for U13 Players that operates directly under BCSPL programming! This program will include 2 weekly professionally coached sessions, 1 weekend game and access to many other program perks. Oversight of our program will be headed by Adam Day, who has just returned from working with the Canadian Womens Senior National team! ... IMPORTANT EVALUATION INFORMATION: 2021 Evaluation session dates have been released on our website for next weeks sessions. We will be holding evaluation sessions for ages 2012-2009 born players (link in the bio). All 2008-2004 evaluations will take place post spring break. Andi is a brilliant addition and female mentor to the coaching team and we are fortunate to have her before she joins Texas A&M on a soccer scholarship next summer. Anderson is 17 years old and originally from Calgary, Alberta. She is in her 2nd season as a GAC Staff Coach. Andi moved to Burnaby 3 years ago to play soccer at the highest youth level possible where she currently plays for the Vancouver Whitecaps Girls Elite Rex Program, as well as the U20 National Canadian team.... Andi first started playing soccer when she was 8 years old, in a little community league and Andi says I enjoy coaching because I can relate to the kids in the sense that I was their age not too long ago, I can still remember some of my first games. I like to have fun with the younger kids while they are still learning and developing their soccer skills. I have completed my Active Start Coaching certification. I plan to complete the next level in the near future. #morestaffpostscoming #youthmentor #givingback

GAC Parent /Tot A Guildford Athletic Club initiative to introduce Social and Emotional Development and basic Physical Literacy through fun games within the local communities and Club itself to play soccer for life! Who: For Boys and Girls born between 2017-2014 (U4-U5)... When: Thursdays (Jan16th - Feb 26th) 5:00:5:45pm. Where: Bothwell Elementary The Parent / Tot program is designed to slowly integrate children into group settings while focusing on their own self-confidence, physical literacy and social and emotional development. The Program will promote being active while engaging the children and giving them confidence to try new things, improve social skills and begin a life long association with soccer and Fun. It will be a fun game approach curriculum with ample opportunity for parent and tot to bond together in a safe and friendly environment. The program will cost $70 for 7 sessions.
