This is Daryl. Yesterday, he reached his personal goal: THREE PLATES on a 1-rep max! When he started, we were working on bettering his form at one plate per side for around 10 repetitions. We kept on working on STRENGTH TRAINING and, with CONSISTENCY and COMMITMENT, Daryl was able to accomplish what he wanted just yesterday. Great job Daryl, we are proud of you!
