Before, during and after pictures of an Exteriors job we just finished up! As you can tell in the before pictures, the extruding beams on the house were in need of some serious restoration! The beams were cut back behind the fascia board. A wood epoxy sealer was used inside the beams to stiffen them up before being capped with custom made wooden caps, painted to match existing house colours.. To finish off, the gable ends were all covered in aluminum fascia with a gable trim... to spruce things up!! Before, during and after photos of another roof done by Gunnit !! This roof was well overdue ! Over time, and with poor ventilation, the old three tab shingles curl and break off in the wind. Causing leaks and other condensation issue's. A whole new roof system was installed with full synthetic underlayment as well as an Ice and Water shield for the eaves.
