PUNJABI SCHOOL REGISTRATION Due to the ongoing situation with regards to COVID-19, Punjabi School classes for new school year will be ENTIRELY ONLINE until the ...situation is resolved. These online classes will be run EVERY SUNDAY and first class begins on Sunday, September 6, 2020. Exact timings of classes and further details will be communicated in the future. As we approach the beginning of the new school year for Punjabi School, we would like to take this opportunity to communicate important updates about the registration process for 2020-2021 school year. For complete registration: FORM + FEES Please ensure that you have filled out the registration form attached below and paid the registration fee as applicable. Please note that the fees must be paid in order to complete the registration process. 1. ONLINE REGISTRATION: Registration Form: For online registration, the registration form must be filled out, scanned and emailed to [email protected]. Online payment method: Electronically (E- transfer) and Email to [email protected]; payable to Gurdwara Millwoods a. In message section: parents their full name first and then name/s of their children b. In question section, write Question What is this for and Answer School The receipt will be issued in one of the parent's names and shall be mailed. 2.IN-PERSON REGISTRATION: Registration Form: Take the attached completed registration form to the Cashier's Office of Gurdwara Millwoods. Forms are available there too. Payment method: Pay in person at Cashier's office of Gurdwara Millwoods. Hours: Everyday 10:00am - 2:00pm & Monday-Saturday 4:00pm-6:00pm (If you like, you can make sure that somebody is available in the Cashier's office by calling 780-450-3844 in advance.
