Share this kind way to say adios to any raccoon families who’ve taken a liking to your house or yard. A customer here in the neighbourhood taught me this compassionate trick last year. I was up a ladder cleaning their windows when I heard the barks of a huge dog. So aggressive I thought to myself, I hope that one doesn’t come out for a visit and stayed perched on my ladder a bit longer. But it turned out that it was coming from Spotify on some speakers. They had a recording of a dog on repeat, and it worked like a charm. Mum and babies relocated and no blood was spilled. Smart folks! A good idea to share.

Hey Vancouver! The City has posted this handy schedule of street cleaning and leaf clearing. Keep your eyes open for temporary "no-stopping" signs on your street and make sure to move your car before 7AM.
