Guycelium's Solar Mushrooms

He we grow again! Another new species from GSM, and a tasty one at that. Commonly known as the Chestnut mushroom (there are a few species that go by this name, so we use the Latin name instead) aka Pholiota adiposa. They have a nice nutty flavor and they look like mini cheeseburger buns. This is the first flush, so only about 1# available ($15). Mushroom sliders anyone?

We have some excellent Black Pearl King Oyster mushrooms ready for harvest this morning. These are a stunning example of the species which is a King oyster cross with a Blue oyster.
