FAQs on the flyer IMPORTANT MESSAGE 1. Why don't I get my flyer anymore?... 1. We did not distribute a paper circular this week, but our highly competitive flyer offerings are continuing. 2. Our paper flyer is available in-store and its contents can be found on our website as well as in our PC Optimum app. 3. In addition, our advertising information can be found on other popular channels such as Flipp, Reebee. 4. It's an easy way to make sure you have access to all our offers at all times. 5. We're looking at more efficient and eco-responsible solutions that will allow you to have our flyers when you need them. 6. Where can I get my copy of the flyer? 1. You can view all of our great offers online or on our PC Optimum app. 2. For now, we no longer print flyers, but for your convenience, we will display our offers on the oversized poster of the circular display every week. 3. I don't have access to a computer or a smart phone. How will I be able to access information about offers and promotions? 1. If you don't have access to a computer or smartphone, promotions will be displayed prominently in-store. 2. Copies will also be available in stores. 3. What impact will this have on the companies that print and deliver the flyers? 4. While we know that our decision may have consequences for companies that print and deliver printed flyers, we believe that our decision is in the best interests of our customers. 5.
