HAWAIIAN SUMMER DIP - using Hula-Hula Hawaiian Seasoning blend #1020 - $10.99 1 brick (250g) cream cheese, softened 2 Tbsp. sour cream 1/4 cup pineapple juice (from can of crushed pineapple)... 2 Tbsp. Hula-Hula Hawaiian Seasoning Blend 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded 1 can crushed pineapple 1 cup chopped ham 2.8 oz. package of bacon pieces 2 Tbsp. green onions, chopped 1 jalapeno pepper (optional) In a large bowl blend together the cream cheese, sour cream, Hula-Hula Hawaiian Seasoning Blend and pineapple juice until well mixed and smooth. Spread into a large pan. Top the cream cheese mixture with the shredded cheese, crushed pineapple, chopped ham, bacon pieces and green onion. Sprinkle some Hula-Hula Seasoning on top. If you like heat with your dip, add a chopped Jalapeno Pepper. Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving. Serve with Nacho chips or crackers or as a side.

Farmhouse Vegetable Dip Mix 8 large red potatoes 6 hard boiled eggs, peeled 2 green onions, chopped 1 Tbsp. Spinach & Herb Mix Salt & pepper, if desired In a bowl combine mayonnaise, sour cream, milk and dip mix. Cover and refrigerate while potatoes cook. In a large pot of salted water, boil potatoes until they are tender (around 30 minutes). When finished, drain and cool. Cut into 1 inch chunks. In a large bowl combine potatoes and dressing; mixing well. Add eggs and onion, mix again. Sprinkle with Spinach & Herb Mix and salt & pepper, if desired. The salad is best if refrigerated for several hours or overnight before serving.
