To All Members of Gymnastic Giants, As you have probably heard we have been forced into a lock down stage in peel. This means we will not be able to run classes in the gym until Dec 21st. We are still receiving emails from the federation about details as they are trying to get more clarification as to if any athletes can train. I will keep you posted. But for the current time we cannot run in gym classes. To keep the kids continuing they're gymnastics d...eveloping we will be going virtual with home training by zoom classes. We will be able to concentrating on strength flexibility and core simple skills. You will just need is a small area cleared and possibly a yoga mat if you have one. It is a very difficult situation that the club is under and I am asking for your continued support to get through the next month to the new year! We are optimistically looking to start classes again in December. I will be sending out another email tomorrow morning with information and instructions for the zoom class schedule and time .
