We are so sad to learn of Pam’s passing. We are grateful to have known and learned from Pam over many years. #Repost @gymcan1 with @get_repost Gymnastics Energy shares the grief from our gymnastics community learning about the sudden passing of Pamela Lumb Collett this past weekend. GymCan shares this tribute to Pam, she was a strong, vibrant, and beloved presence in our gymnastics community for many years. She was a Life Member of Gymnastics Canada, a Brevet judge, a...n NCCP Level 4 WAG, Level 2 MAG, Level 2 TG, and Level 1 RG Certified Coach, an NCCP Learning Facilitator, Coach Evaluator, Master Coach Developer, and a friend to many - she will be deeply missed. Below is a message from Pam's family that they wished to share with the community. --- We sadly announce the peaceful passing of Pamela Shirley Lumb Collett in her sleep in the early morning of December 13, 2020. She was fiercely proud of and loved by her daughters, Kristina and Leanne and adored spoiling her beloved granddaughters, Kayden, Quinn, Cameron and Kennadie. She will be deeply missed by her large network of family and cherished friends she had accumulated throughout the years, despite being an adamant self-proclaimed ‘anti-people person’. She was a stubborn, loyal and opinionated woman who was hilariously sarcastic at often the most unexpected times, while also being the most generous and giving soul she loved her family more than anything. Given the current circumstances, we will not be holding a formal service in her memory. However, happy memories, photos and messages of condolences can be made on the Facebook Page ‘In Loving Memory of Pamela Lumb Collett’ at: http://www.facebook.com/groups/rememberingpamlumbcollett (please click 'join group' and await access to the private group).
