Important to remove your fitness equipment from areas under renovation. I come across this often, machines aren't moved before drywalling is done. Drywall dust can gum up the internals of fitness equipment almost as fast as glueing it. This was a job we did close to Kincardine today which included a full teardown of this elliptical, complete clean of the internals and drive system, electronic clean and actuator clean. 2 hours total to complete the job. We also did a complete home gym clean onsite as well, but as we only took apart one piece at a time, it wasn't very dramatic.

I will also be posting equipment here that I have available if you're looking for anything. Each piece is fully inspected and refurbished. I offer 3 month warranty on all units and all prices include delivery and install. I also work closely with many fitness retailers and am always happy to offer any advice or direction to units if you are looking for one.

This is a unit we did that required not only the install of all the equipment, but the install of the floor as well. Rubberized 1/4" interlocking flooring is one of the better floors for a home gym. Not only will it elongate the life of your equipment, it is also a cost effective way of reducing noise and saving your joints as well.
