FREE FOR EVERYONE The final class in the Yama & Niyama series will be hosted as a facebook live event. Sunday March 29th at 7:30 AST. This will be a 75 minute all levels Hatha Yoga class. There will be a meditation period which I keep feeling will be a bit longer, probably 20-30 minutes of the class and guided.... I'll do my best to keep the asana portion prop free or at least props you can find around the house. I haven't decided on an asana theme or peak pose yet (I'll let you know), but of course the Niyama is Ishwar Pranidhan: Surrender of Self to The Universe.
