We are grateful to the women and allies who have come before us and who work beside us to ensure everyone has equitable opportunities in education, work, and life. When we started Habitus, the advice was not to go into business with your friends. As women, we have found that our friendship has allowed us to create a company that is collaborative, fulfilling, and flexible to our personal lives. In the 3.5 years since we founded #habituscollective we have had the privilege to w...ork with many individuals and organizations who are working hard every day to strengthen access, inclusion, and outcomes for all people in our community. We have each taken a maternity leave, our company is continuing to grow, and our friendship has only gotten stronger.
