We are working with the necessary parties to have Scout Camp Otter Lake QC open as soon as reasonable considering the COVID-19 constraints

Various Scout youth and Scouters from across Canada help construct the Trans Canada Trail - Let's help promote its maintenance and upkeep! While the Trans Canada Trail does not go by the camp it is definitely worth supporting!

Excellent History of Kettle Island, located between Gatineau, QC and Ottawa, On, on the Ottawa River. If you are looking for something to do with the Scouts around Ottawa / Gatineau, try doing a canoe tour around Kettle Island and try to see some of the remains of the history. Really interesting information on what to use the word "INDIGENOUS" instead of 'Aboriginal' But I have been told they have the origin of 'Aboriginal' incorrect. It apparently originates from the Latin 'ab origini' which apparently translates into 'from the beginning'.
