We had the pleasure of meeting Charles! He lives in one of the great landmarks in Barrhaven; a designated heritage property. The house was built by Patrick Waters in 1870. When elected, Hadi Wess is committed to protecting all of Barrhaven’s heritage in order to contain our history and preserve it as a story for our next generation. ...
