Happy Sunday we got to enjoy our afternoon with a bunch of ponies . It’s amazing how therapeutic animals can be. Interacting with animals has been shown to decrease levels of cortisol (a stress-related hormone) and lower blood pressure. Other studies have found that animals can reduce loneliness, increase feelings of social support, and boost your mood. Whenever you feel a little down... seeing animals will definitely boost your mood.

Did you have a favourite book as a child? I don’t know if this was my favourite but I keep going back to Secret Garden...: there is just something magical about flowers and especially ones with a secret key. Happy Monday! It’s a new week and with that comes new goals... for me it’s to move my body more and continue organizing my house. I found my Fitbit and will be wearing that, will be booking all the yearly appointments (like dentists) and ridding the house of expired products- you know, the ones under the sink that don’t get used!
