Hailee's Hens

Switching things up a bit this Spring.....Hailee asked to have ducks so we hatched some. These are Ancona ducks, a breed that is almost endangered. They don’t fly and can live with the chickens so we’re going to give it a shot. With any luck we’ll have duck eggs in the future :)

We had to buy eggs today for the first time in years. Not to eat but to decorate!
