For Relaxed and Chemical Treated Hair... SAY YES TO: 1..Preparation -Be GENTLE with your hair. -Detangle from the ends to the root first. -Brushing to help stimulate the blood flow along with a gentle scalp massage to maintain the looseness of your scalp (we do t want to have a tight scalp). A healthy Blood flow is a must. 2 Hot Oil Treatment In a small bottle mixed some Jamaican Caster Oil , Vitamin E Oil and some Argon Oil with some hot water and a little conditioner. Shake to mix. Apply to dry unwashed hair thru the shaft to ends. Wrap in a plastic cap (or a plastic bag hard times..) In a heated damp towel in a turban wrap and allow to cool down for 20mins. This can be a part of your weekly routine. Hair will only absorb as much as it will. The excess will just sit on the shaft. So don’t over use. 3 Shampoo If on hand, a clarifying shampoo can be your first shampoo to help to break down the dirty molecules, residues or build up. A Moisture base shampoo is ideal now. This starts to put moisture into the hair and results in more softness to the touch. Advised to give 2 shampoos with the Moisture shampoo. 4 Conditioning The focus is a moisture fatty acid base conditioner. Also known as a Deep Conditioner. Apply to a towel blotted damp hair. A tea spoon amount emulsify in your hands, apply to each section of your 4 parted sectioned head. (Don’t over use case it will go to waste). Re wrap your combed thru hair (with conditioner in it). Put into the plastic cap and rewrap with the damp heated towel turban. Sit for 20min as it cools. Rinse thoroughly. Make sure it is all off and also off your scalp as well. Your hair will only absorb so much. 5 Finishing In as many partings as you wish. Double strand twist or even braid. Apply some leave in conditioner, a little setting lotion if on hand. A Moisture cream or a little emollient can be used. Moisture cream on your root area. Allow hair to dry naturally or if you have a dryer. Your hair can remain like this to keep the moisture in and stress free. MOISTURE, MOISTURE is the key Cover your hair at night for sleeping with a Silk scarf and sleep on a Silk pillow case. Protection, Protection. Suggested Products ALL drugstore accessible.
