Welcome to 2021! This year I will have to be more strict with my cancellation/no show policy. Cancellations need to be done with at least 24 hour notice. If not you will be charged a fee before booking your next appointment.... Booking an appointment, and not showing up for your appointment time you will be charged a fee before you can rebook. Showing up to your appointment 20 minutes, or more late your appointment will be cancelled, and you will have to rebook as that will run me behind on my next appointments. I understand things happen, and I have always been very accommodating to get everyone booked back in after a missed appointment. Im very lucky to have a wonderful clientele who are always respectful of my time, i just post this as a reminder, and for new clients!
