Hi there everyone!! If you work at a job standing up, I suggest you sit as often as possible in between!! As a hair dresser I am on my feet all day long and man do I appreciate those little breaks in between clients to sit for a few moments! Trust me! In the long run it will save your body! There is nothing wrong with taking a few seconds to breath!! Be safe on the roads everyone, until next time!! Remember, you are beautiful!!!

STATIC IS IN THE AIR!! Is static keeping you.....up? Use more conditioner than normal, rinse with cold water or spritz some of your favorite hair spray onto your brush or comb and comb it through your hair...... if all else fails use a dryer sheet!! Rub the dryer sheet through your hair! Not only does it remove static but your hair will smell lovely and fresh all the way through the day!!... Stay tuned for more hair tips!! You are beautiful!!
