To our beloved clients- Hair mates Barbers and Stylists will resume operations on May 20th, 2020 (9am-5pm) If you have any questions and want to book an appointment please call 250-390-0126. In order to provide our clients and staff with the safest environment possible, we have made revisions to our workplace policies and standards. Please take a moment to review the following information below. ... No walk-in appointments will be accepted at this time unless in the event of availability. All appointments MUST be made by telephone and confirmed by staff members. We respectfully ask our guests that at any time they think they may be ill, may be getting sick or have recently traveled out of province to please reschedule. If you arrive at the salon and you appear to have cold/flu-like symptoms, Hair Mates Barber & Stylists Ltd. reserves the right to cancel your appointment and reschedule you for a later date. We have removed our client waiting area for the time being to ensure safe social distancing practices and we will open the door to let you in at your appointment time. If you suspect that you may be late for your appointment, please call us to let us know. Regrettably, we are unable to accommodate late arrivals past 10 minutes. Please refrain from handshaking or hugging. If you require special assistance please let us know at the time of booking. Unless you have a medical requirement or accompanying a minor we are only accepting booked clients into the salon for their services. If you are over the age of 60, under the age of majority, immune compromised, pregnant or have other medical conditions that may put you at higher risks, please let us know at the time of booking Please bring your own beverage container and reading material to your appointment. We strongly urge our customers to also limit the number of personal belongings they bring Clients are required to wash their hands prior to their service(s), follow posted signage and respect staff guidance and policies. Hand sanitizer and restroom facilities are available for clients. Clients are required to wear a face mask properly during their service(s) Clients can bring their own face masks to wear during their services or purchase one from us if they prefer.
