Good afternoon HOTDGS friends. Ford has announced dog groomers of Ontario may resume grooming Tuesday May 19th, with restrictions of course. As you can imagine my phone is going off!!!! Please give me a moment to collect my thoughts with my family. I'll start calling all those who had booked appointments during this time away, Sunday morning. ... IF YOU HAD AN APPOINTMENT DURING THIS TIME, PLEASE DO NOT CALL OR MESSAGE ME. I WILL CONTACT YOU. THANK YOU Also please remember I am home alone with 2 kids, no daycare, and no school LOL. Feeling excited, yet overwhelmed with this news.

Good evening HOTDGS friends. As soon as we get the go ahead, I will be contacting those who had appointments booked during this time away. Senior pets and dogs I know who are in need will be booked in first. Please be patient with me as I have months of work to catch up on, plus those who are now in need of grooming, with out day care and schools still being closed...Please be patient. *No new clients at this time* Taking in clients and our new cleaning protocols is going to ...be a little bit different. So please know that your wait times will be longer. IMPORTANT NEWS *Were going contactless. -It is imperative that you arrive to your appointment ON TIME. No shows will be charged a 50% no show fee + the next full groom cost paid in full befor I will put you back in my books. If I put you back in the books. -When you arrive you will call me. I will give you the go ahead to please bring your dog into my fully fenced in back yard ON A LEASH. Don't have one? Please go buy one. You will then take off your dogs gear and take it home with you. I will leash up your dog with my own gear, and head into the salon to get started. *same happens for pick up. Call when you arrive, Wait for my go ahead. Bring your dogs gear, dress them and leave the yard leashed and safe. -Payments by etranfer are preferred. If you must pay cash, have your payment ready in a zip lock or envelope. I will not have change for you at this time.. -All groomer requests can be made over the phone to limit our contact time upon drop off. Every minute counts. Like I said. Months of work to catch up on with less time per dog. Please be patient and wait to hear from me. I look forward to the news statement tomorrow regarding us groomers. Not much to report today friends. Hoping to be apart of the next wave of reopening. Today I did a COVID-19 Certification. And when I reach out to all those who missed an appointment during this time, and then those on my call list I will let you know how we will be doing safe drop offs, pick ups and payments.

Following the essiential lists very closely. It seems things are different region to region. They have allowed emergency grooming for animals in distress in certain regions. If you had an appointment during this time I have reached out to you. As I said I will call you to reschedule ASAP. Senior dogs and those in most need will be scheduled first. For those with out appointments during this time you will be put on a waiting list. Please hang tight friends. We're all in this together. I will open the moment I am givin notice. The salon has been cleaned with covid approved product, new protocols in place, tools sharp, shampoo stocked. We are ready!

Good evening friends! You guys have been on my mind alot this week. I'd like to thank you all for your support and understanding regarding my cancelation and closure. I'm here to share with you my tentative plan. I will reach out to you the minute we hear from the government to schedule your appointments, in order of whom was canceled. I will be working extra days to accommodate all of you in a timely manner. As well as hired on a second groomer.... I hope this will help put you at ease. Good morning HOTDGS friends. I'm sure alot of you are wondering how your pets are going to get through this. I'll tell you, with your help! It's most important now more then ever to brush your pets at home! For those dogs in need of hair cuts, they need to be brushed. Ears, necks where those collars lay. Take those harnesses off. Brush the arm pits, tails, feet. Please I ask that you make time every other day to do a thorough all over body brush to avoid a post pandemic shave down. It's time to do your part. It is with heavy heart that I have made the difficult decision to close my doors due to COVID-19. Rescheduling will be done as soon as the world resumes back to normal. I will book in order. I will work extra hours to make up for this lost time to fit you all in, in a timely manner. I will be staying home with my family, and I ask that you do the same to help stop the spread!
