I wanted to reach out and talk about the frame work of the salons reopening. As you already know we are currently in a lockdown and fingers crossed we are only in a lockdown for 28 days and no more. That being said a tentative re-opening date will be Monday January 25th. ... Your appointment has been left in the system to keep track of the order in which you were booked. Please disregard of any emails regarding confirmations from my booking systems. They are turned off but just in case you do receive one please disregard it. Once the government gives the go for reopening, I will be reaching out to you to rebook your appointment back in. I will be rebooking appointments in order of which you were already booked. If your appointment was in our first week of lockdown, you will be one of the first contacted to book back in for the first week open. I know 2020 has brought each of us a change to our own journey, some positives and some negatives. But together we stand as we get through everything and all the ups and down. As a possible lockdown comes upon us it’s easy to say, but so important to try to stay positive. I am so thankful for each and everyone of you and all the support you have given me over this last year. ... If we do go into a lockdown, know that support will always be there for you. I am coming up with some plans to keep us positive and to keep our spirits up. Root touch-up kits will be available, as well as products for curb-side pick up.
