A little Christmas elf (Hair By Cece) told us about a really cool thing called Stocking Stuffers for Seniors and we thought it was a great idea!! We have asked... around the different senior citizen homes in Estevan and collected their stocking stuffer wish lists. We are asking people to pick a wish list and purchase the item(s) on the list and return them by December 21st. Team Recharge will then deliver the items to the proper spots before Christmas giving the staff time to disinfect and hand out. The public can help us out in two different ways: 1. Stop by Recharge Massage Studio and grab a tag. Head out and pick up the items and return to us by December 21st. (Please remember to try to #shoplocal. This is a really hard year for local businesses!) 2. Give us a monetary donation (we accept cash, chq, MasterCard and Visa in person OR you can etransfer us) and we will go purchase those items on your behalf. We would also ask you to include a Christmas card for your senior to enjoy. This can be done anonymously or by signing your name. This is not about money. This is about bringing some joy to our seniors faces at a time that may be extremely difficult for them. Some don’t have family near by and some aren’t able to leave their homes. Please help us in spreading the joy this Christmas. We feel EXTREMELY lucky to work in this wonderful community and know the support is endless.
