Beads, toe rings, anklets, it’s a summer vibe and I’m here for it! All the rage on tik tok these days is granola girl summer and that’s the most relatable thing I’ve seen on the app so far. So here’s to tanned skin, late nights, good people and all the good things summer offers!

Slowing down.. what a funny thing. Our minds want to slow down, our body often gives us little signs we’re doing too much. And yet, the world keeps going even if we stop, or come to a slower pace.... The world doesn’t wait, so we decide whether or not slowing down will benefit us, and most of the time, we’re forced to slow down rather than a conscious decision. It’s interesting how many times it can happen without ever really learning. I set a few goals this year, and as it seems to fly by, new ones become more necessary so I change and flow through what I really need. As I enter April I know slowing down is as necessary as food, water and sunshine. I know the world may not wait, but I also know my world will. So I’m curious what is your body, mind, soul telling you? If you listen close, the answer is within you!

Sundays have always and will always be my favourite day. There’s a certain coziness about a Sunday in the fall that just reminds me to be still for a moment and to take care of my needs.
