ERIN . . . , ...... . . We created this look with a mixture of foils and balayage aswell as a fresh dark base color so that we can remove any unwanted warm tones before we apply the fashion colour. After shadow root and toner...we were ready to get creative with our greens! Believe it or not, this project took 5.5 hours from start to finish! . CHRISTA . . . Wearing our crystal hair pins from @crystaleclipsecrowns... . . . She was ready for bright colors again after a 8 month break! This color correction took 6 hours with the help of @hairbybreanna.n assisting. We started by removing her old extensions and pre washing before we refreshed her regrowth using the platinumcardtechnique (wish I got a before picture) with @brazilianbondbuilder Of course. . We then installed 4 bundles of #ashblonde @bellamihairpro itip extensions for length and volume allowing us to get the full mermaid effect. . @pulpriothair aquatic was then applied as a shadow root melting in decoy with a touch of aquatic, lemon, blue muse . . The client HAS to have realistic expectations and the stylist needs to really be comfortable in placing the extentions in the right place to blend and add fullness and length while also being confident in cutting! The cut is key! If you don't layer the hair, it will look horrendous and your client will feel like she has a "one layer Mullet"... . . No highlights or lightening service was added today. We installed 4 bundles of 16" @bellamihairpro @bellamihair i tip extensions in rooted #3/60 & #60 which added all of the extra blonding that we needed. . . Also remind your client that the tiny pieces underneath that the hair is attached to will be a part of the grow out and she will need to be cautious when styling.
