IMPORTANT NOTICE 05 Jan 2021 The Province, has reverted back to the Orange Phase of the re-opening plan, however due to the work of your Association you will be... able to continue to remain open, however there are some restrictions that have been put in place, namely; 1. No customers will be permitted to wait in the establishment 2. All customers will be required to answer a series of question that are contained in the Orange Phase Recovery Plan that is on the Association website. 3. All customers will require appointments (No waiting in shop permitted) 4. Only services that maybe offered Haircut’s wet or dry on any client (BEARD TRIM permitted provided barber wears both a mask AND shield, NO FACE SHAVES PERMITTED IN THE ORANGE PHASE) Shampoo and Condition, barber must wear both mask and shield during this service Colour services, highlights and like services may be performed, barber must wear both a mask and shield during this service. 5. Establishments will be required to perform enhanced cleaning of the establishment, and it is recommended that your washroom be used for staff only and not the public. AND IT'S A GO!!!! As of Monday May 25, 2020 we will be open!!! We have been given the green light!! ... The province has a set of guidelines as to how we are to operate. There will be no more walk-ins. This means we are not to have any persons waiting in the shop. When you make your appointment we will have to take your name and number. The government has asked that we have contact info on all who enter the shop. There are a set of questions that we are going to be asking you upon arrival. So please if you are not feeling well rebook your appointment. We are also asking that you contact us preferable 24 hours for any consolations. It's important that you please arrive at your designated time. Our customers are required to have freshly shampooed hair and to be wearing a mask. And you'll be asked to wash your hands before and after your hair cut. For those of you who are rocking a beard, mustache or goatee, sorry at this time WE ARE NOT permitted to touch them. This may change in time but for now it's a no, no. Due to the strict regulations and the sanitization of everything you'll notice this will be reflected in the cost of your haircut. So, yes this means prices have gone up. We are still doing cash only so we ask that you are prepared to pay because you'll not be allowed to run to the bank and come back in to pay. Cheryl has taken on the huge responsibility of booking appointments this weekend. After Sunday please call the shop for your appointment. Fingers crossed this is a smooth transition. Hi everyone just thought we should give an update... We are part of the 3rd phase. We have a lot to put in place before the doors open. And yes it will be by appointment and you will also be required to wear a mask. As we get closer to reopening we will be posting all the requirements and changes. The regulations that have been established by the department of health are quite intense. Hopefully all goes well with this 2nd phase and we'll be open by the end of May....
