With following the government’s new health guidelines and protocols, here’s what to expect during your next visit. 1. There will no longer be a waiting area. We ask that you stay in your car or outside of the salon until you are called or waved in. 2. We ask that you come to your appointments alone as we’ve been restricted to how many people can be in the salon at a time. (*** If the appointment is for a child under the age of 10 years old, we ask that you specify this upon b...ooking. We will do the consultation with you outside of the salon and allow you to stay present during the appointment. If the child is over 10 years of age, we will do a consultation with you outside of the salon and ask for you to wait outside until the appointment is complete). 3. We ask that everyone wear a PPE mask during your appointment. If you do not have a mask, please let us know before entering the salon and we will supply you with one (an additional $1.00 charge will be added to your bill). 4. Upon entering the salon we will be taking your temperature and giving you hand sanitizer. 5. All outside drinks must be in a plastic bottle or cup so we can wipe it down to disinfect properly. 6. All in salon reading material will be removed. If you are bringing in a tablet or book with you, we will have to wipe it down to disinfect properly. 7. If you are having a colour service done, we will allow you to step outside of the salon while processing. We know the masks can become very uncomfortable over time, this way you can remove your mask and get some fresh air. Depending on the colour service you are receiving, if you’d prefer, we will also allow you to sit in your car during the processing time and come get you when you’re ready to be washed. REMEMBER TO SANITIZE YOUR HANDS WHEN RE-ENTERING THE SALON. 8. All stations, chairs, tools and product bottles used during a service will be disinfected between clients and appointments. 9. If you are wanting to buy retail products, please don’t touch the display. Ask for assistance and your stylist will be more than happy to help you. If you have any additional questions or concerns that have not been addressed above, please feel free to ask me.

Stylists schedules will be limited under the new Covid guidelines. Schedules for each stylist will be posted shortly. We will not be accepting Walk-ins at this time. Contact your Stylist to book an appointment!... Please wear a mask to your appointment, if you do not have one a disposable mask can be provided for a small fee. More information will be posted over the next few days.
