To our Valued Hair Tech Clients; With Covid-19 cases on the rises again we would like to reiterate our new polices we have put in place for the pandemic. Please take a moment to review the following: *If you are sick or "under the weather" we kindly ask that you call with as much notice as possible to reschedule your appointment. All clients that need to reschedule due to feeling ill may need to wait 14 days before being able to rebook. ... *A reminder that our cancellation policy requires a minimum of 24hrs notice or you will be charged 50% off your service. All "no show" appointments, meaning no call or message to let us know you can't make it will be charged 100% of the service missed. This must be paid in full on your next appointment. These policies have been in place not only during the pandemic, but 6 years prior to that as well. It is only a reminder and consideration of our time. We are very willing to take this as an appointment by appointment basis. * We ask in this time that you do not bring any guests with you to the salon, including children, unless they are getting their haircut too. This because we are trying our best to limit our contact with others to ensure the safety of our clientele. As well we can not have people sitting in our waiting area for the time being. *We require that all clients wear a mask. If you have a medical issue or personal reason that leaves you unable to wear a mask please let us know when booking so we can ensure the proper protocols are in place. *Upon arrival we ask that you wash/sanitize your hands. *We understand that some of you are feeling the need to cancel your appointment due to rising cases in British Columbia. We would like to remind our clients that in our industry we have been trained to handle all infections and diseases. All of our stylists at Hair Tech also took an additional infection control certification specifically on Covid-19 sterilization and disinfection to stop the spread of Covid-19. We promise you are safe here at Hair Tech. * We would also like to take this moment to ask that you to consider that we rely on our appointment to make our living. It is very hard to fill an appointment last minute as we are no longer able to take walk-ins. So please take that into consideration when you call and cancel or decide not to show up for an appointment. Sadly this has been a reoccurring issue in our industry as of late. *We really appreciate all the support our community has given us thru this difficult time and hope if you have any questions or concerns that you please don't hesitate to ask.
