Can’t feel my toes or hands most of the sessions but it feels sooooo good to be paddling white water on the mighty Chilliwack river. Finding the silver lining can sometimes be the hardest thing to do - but when you have hit an extreme low the only way is up. So you rise and find that silver lining what ever it is. Resilience and mental health are never easy to open up about. At this point daily mindfulness, breathing exercises and journaling are what is keeping me grounded.
