They provide a forum through which parents and other members of school communities can contribute to improving student achievement and school performance. The Haliburton Youth Wellness Hub Share and Care is going to different communities! They will be visiting Minden, Wilberforce, Cardiff - and the first Mobile Share and Care will be in Haliburton at the arena/skate park on Monday, September 28 from 5:30-6:15!! Look for the Youth Hub sign and the person with the Point in Time ID badge .
