We had a wonderful last few classes. Unfortunately, we will be suspending classes for the time being, to help 'flatten the curve' and keep everyone healthy and safe. See you soon!

Apologies I forgot to post this. This event is today (Sunday Feb23rd) at 5pm. Our annual Bonenkai Celebration, says good-bye to the old year, and welcomes in the new. This year's Bonenkai will be held, as is tradition, the day before the Tibetan Buddhist new year Day. We will celebrate Sunday, February 23rd, from 5pm until 7pm, at the Hans Lorenz Auditorium of the Shambhala School. Come join us!

Hello folks, we have been watching the weather in Halifax, to decide whether or not to hold class today. Based on the forecast of temperatures remaining above zero, we decided to go ahead: there WILL be class today. Having said that, of course it’s at each practitioner's own discretion - temperatures keep hovering just above zero here, but it may be different where you live.

We have a First Shot Program coming up! Come to class Sunday Jan 12th to observe, to find out if you might want to join the beginner's training starting the following class
