Have a spooky weekend!

We are all dealing with 2020 in different ways. I’ve heard clients tell me that it’s catching up to them to the point of visiting their doctor. We need to create our own plans for self care, as well as be able to recognize when it’s becoming too much. With the winter months looming, I am starting to think outside of my family norms to see what activities I can add in that will give us a break, encourage connection and give us joy.
