Not too much longer and the goats and sheep will be back out on pasture. We always look forward to watching them run out to the field with excitement!

We’ve got a couple of special cheeses for you today at market. First up Bellegarde, a fresh cows’ milk cheese dusted with your choice of summer savory or smoked paprika. Next is the second cheese in our reserve series: Thombury Reserve. Aged for six months this version of Thombury is especially creamy and much stronger than its younger counterpart. Try the two Thomburys side by side to see what a difference the extra time makes!
