Hello everyone Normally, I do not discuss these matters in public forums, but feel the need to address some of the comments posted here and elsewhere. My team and I are not hiding behind COVID, nor are we purposefully ignoring you or blatantly disregarding your concerns. We are a team, not an army, of people who are diligently working 12-15 hour days to get through the 816 orders that have come into our shop in the last 6 weeks alone. ... So whatnot my problemfind a solution! We get it. We, too, are frustrated, disappointed, and disheartened by the situation we find ourselves in. I could give you a dozen reasons why things are the way they are, but somehow feel the points would be moot. As a company, we are only as strong as the people on our team and those that support us as a business. Mistakes will be made. Angry phone calls will be received. Seeking justice on social media is inevitable. But in the end, we can only accomplish so much in any one day. I am proud of my team, the work they are doing, and how we are pushing through the long days TOGETHER! Respectfully, Lisa
