The United Greek Association of Hamilton would like to thank Hamilton's Deputy Mayor Tom Jackson, Mr. Christopher Cutler and all of the staff at the City of Hamilton, as well as the Honorable Scott Duvall, MP for their support and attendance of our community's Greek Independence Day Commemoration. We would also like to thank Christian Ketsetzis, George Ketsetzis, and Elias at Epsilon Entertainment for once again providing generator power and sound equipment for the ceremonies... at city hall. Bringing a voice to our ceremony! Thank you to our speakers, our students of both Panagia and St.Demetrios Greek Schools who recited their stirring commemorative poems, the Hamilton Hellenic Traditional Dance Group, and Greek School students who dressed in traditional costumes, and all who joined us in celebrating freedom from tyranny and oppression. !!! !!! !!!
