We will be having a daily Zoom conference open and available for all Hamilton PPC members to come in and have open and friendly discussions with other members, either to talk about strategies for growing and expanding our party here in Hamilton, or simply for building relationships with your fellow Canadian brothers and sisters. Come in for the whole meeting, or just check in for a few minutes to say hello.

Good morning! Our goal every day should be to strengthen our minds and bodies to be better prepared to defend and save our Great Country. YouTube has great body weight exercises you can do at home if you are just starting off. If you're already in decent physical condition and wish to improve even further, I would recommend doing some research on and purchasing a kettlebell for an amazing and efficient home workout. Neither I nor the party is endorsing this particular compan...y, but I have personally ordered from them before and been pleased with their service. By all means look further if you can find a better provider! As for strengthening your mind, try and find 5 - 10 minutes a day for meditation, as well as dedicating some time for good reading.
