A note to clarify current rumours. Hello everyone, So there's been a bit of speculation flying about regarding our chicken fingers. The current situation is that we're working on our best to improve the shape of chicken fingers. Because deep fry batter randomly stick together when chef deep frying chicken fingers, so the shape of chicken fingers is not part of chef’s creativity. BUT I have to clarify that our chicken fingers are 100% made from chicken breast since HANA grand ...opening in 2 years ago. We are strictly choose the fresh food materials to provide delicious foods serve to our customers. Thanks HANA

Im sincerely sorry to Took Sydney, sorry for the poor service you received at our restaurant. The server also feels sad and sorry, she just quit the job last night due to this terrible incident. She feels guilty to destroyed a birthday cake for ten-year old girl, and destroyed her celebration party. We have spoken with our team about this issue, we will provide more training lessons for our employees to improve our services, I believe this mistake wont happen again.
