To Our Dearest Customers It has been a long time since we work together, and deep down in my heart we are truly sorry and sad that we have to say goodbye to you. March 10th, 2021 will be the last day Hana Nails opens. If you have a gift certificate from our business, please call in advanced to schedule your appointment prior to March 10th. ... We hope you can at least be understanding for us so we can leave without much burden on our emotions. 2020 has been a struggle for all of us, and COVID 19 really affects our small business. Although we tried to keep up with the business, bills kept building up and we have been struggling to hold on to the business. We never really want to talk about it since we don’t want to be reminded of those struggles we have and ruin the happy atmosphere whenever we’re working. But it was hard. We just simply can’t. It is a pleasure to meet you all, and every day I pray that things could somehow be better for us. But miracles don’t happen that often, and in our wounded world I believe there are more people that need those rare miracles more than we do. So you and I will have to say goodbye. But we will never, ever, forget the memories we shared together. All the supports we received. All the gifts you gave us. And most of all, the warming love that we felt from you. Thank you so much for your time and appreciation.
