COME & SUPPORT ME BEING OPEN Re-opening Tuesday 10am-2pm and only allowed 5 customers in at one time!! As you all know, I am unsure what my landlord’s final decision will be this coming week due to lack of rent payment from being shutdown during this second lockdown and not receiving my CRA rent subsidy yet.... So with that all said, I plan to open to make as much money as I can to be able to pay overdue bills/rent until I’m notified to do otherwise. This also includes helping our community in hopes that I can continue to do so! Please share and tell your friends/family to make sure to stop in to support a local small business that’s trying really hard not to close down! P.S yes I’m taking donations but only clothes and small quantity of quality things. We will be choosy so either ask ahead of time or prepare for us to look before accepting. Thank you! Important Read As everyone is aware, I’ve been closed again for the second lockdown of this pandemic since Dec. 26th 2020. Plain and simple without a long rant: ... Bills and rent have now become unattainable. My landlord has threatened to lease my space sooner than later. Yes I have applied for subsidy and everything else that I could. I’ve been waiting on the CRA but apparently their process takes longer than my landlord is wanting to wait. So, with this said, let’s keep our fingers and toes crossed for things to succeed this week. This has placed a big amount of stress on me as you’s all know I’ve worked hard (along with my volunteers) at building my business to help our community through the year and a half of being open. I apologize that I haven’t been very active on here lately as I’ve been dealing with the side you’s don’t see to keep the business going. All I have left to say is that I assure everyone that I will not go down without a fight. I’m not giving up. If I’m forced to close and I have to do better in another area of business, I will! If you are looking for ways to support me, please pm me as I’d greatly appreciate any little bit of help. Suggestions/advice are welcome too! Most importantly, I hope everyone is staying safe and healthy. If anyone is struggling mentally throughout this crazy time, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Yes I’ve got a lot going on but it wouldn’t ever be too much to take the time to help someone else if need be! Together we got this!
