Handle with Kid Gloves

Yesterday I found out that for the last week while I have been treated with a bacterial infection, it was in fact just my psoriatic arthritis picking on a new part of my body. I currently only have one joint that is not heavily effected by my illness. I don't think I have ever felt a defeat quite like yesterday. https://handlewithkidgloves.ca/f/yesterday

The plan was to have at least one blog post a week, but reliving those painful and lonely times has taken a toile. We are in a very great place in our lives now, but I'm not sure if I ever dealt with all the wounds from that time in our life. It is healthy for me to talk about it, and I hope my struggles can touch someone in a positive way. With that being said I am working on the next post, so stay tuned!... -Z See more

As someone who is really good at keeping her shit together just long enough to get through whatever disaster is currently ahead, I can say when I cry I like to really open the flood gates. I remember the uncontrollable sob I had 7 years ago walking out of that building empty handed, I could barely keep myself on my feet. I felt that feeling again today 7 years later, but with excitement that we finally found our answers to WHY Eralynn has been so sick for so long. I hope I get a chance to catch you all up very soon via www.Handlewithkidgloves.ca but for now I have a post reflecting back on how I felt 7 years ago.. and hoping now no one else goes through this journey alone.
