34 day dry aged rib roast using the Umai dry aging bag. Easy to use, goes in your everyday fridge, and the results are spectacular. Rich, dark colours with an unbelievable aroma. Vacuumed sealed and headed to the freezer. Kept 2 out to bbq tonight. Will post updates.
