Major facelift project that involved complete Fireplace Demolition, Stairways Demolition, Secomd Floor Railing Removal and Restoration, all trim demolition, all walls repaired, repainted with new railings and new custom mouldings and trim.

Just completed the removal of 10 tons of contaminated soil from 1000 sf of crawl space, insulated hot air ducts, implemented plumbing solutions on multiple leaks, installed drainage for grey water, vacuumed airborne spores from all surfaces. Applied molds and other solutions to kill and suppress the growth if mold and other organic air and surface growth.

Just finished two jobs in Glebe and Ottawa South 1.) repairing a 30 year old stove 2.) Cutting and dismantling a large 32" wide washing machine so it could be safely removed from up a 22" wide small staircase. ( One wanders how they ever got the Maytag down these stairs)
