HELLOOOOO out there! How is everyone doing? We've been trying to figure out if/how we can connect our customers with their favourite BBQs and grilling product...s during the COVID-19 pandemic while also keeping everyone safe. We know how much getting outside (in our own yard, FAR away from neighbours) to cook something sizzling and smoky has helped us cope! We are going to continue answering questions about our products, taking orders, and offering purchase transactions (credit card or eTransfer) over the phone. To maintain physical distancing and limit our contact with others, we are asking customers who are able to pick up their items outside the store using the following steps: 1) Call us from the parking lot when you have arrived to confirm your order 2) We will pack up your goodies and leave them outside our doors 3) You load up your purchase and take it home 4) Enjoy! Delivery is also available for those who have been advised to stay home and depending on the availability of our team.
