MASSIVE thank you to Coach Katelyn for putting the athletes through their daily morning SAQ session. The athletes were beasts in EVERY session! And to Coach O’Shea for joining us for two mornings to polish fundamental skills and learn some tricks of the trade . We are always inspired when Coach O’Shea is in the gym.
