For now, the spa continues to stay CLOSED due to the region of Peel moving into the gray zone on Monday April 5th, 2021. The province re-evaluates in two weeks so please check for updates! HELLO ALL!! WE ARE FINALLY ABLE TO RE-OPEN!!! Phase 2 begins this Wednesday but our official re-open date is Friday, June 23, 2020. As per the Phase 2 guidelines; "patrons must wear face coverings at all times", as well as "workers wear face coverings and other appropriate PPE, including gloves" PLEASE STAY HOME IF YOU HAVE A FEVER, COUGH OR FLU-LIKE SYMPTOMS or have come into contact with a person with COVID-19 or have recently traveled and are under quarantine. ... RESUMING SERVICES: - all hair services (cut, colour, highlights, etc) - all body waxing (NO waxing or threading on the face) - manicures, pedicures - other hair removal neck down (ie. laser) - registered massage therapy RESTRICTIONS: - "prohibiting services that tend to a customer's face, such as facials, facial hair grooming, eyebrow grooming and makeup" (so this means no facials, no eyebrow threading or waxing, no eyelash extensions, no chin/lip waxing or threading, no beard trims, no makeup application, etc.) -"steam rooms, saunas and bath houses must remain closed" - "baths, hot tubs, floating pools" (no body scrub as it would require use of a shower) PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING: Please be patient with us, we are doing the best we can to fit everyone in as soon as possible. We are going by the waiting list first. No walk-in's permitted. YOU MUST BE WEARING A MASK PRIOR TO ENTERING. We will conduct a mandatory screening questionnaire prior to the appointment. Please come alone for your appointment. It will be mandatory to wash your hands for 20 seconds as soon as you enter into the building (or use of hand sanitizer). Refrain from bringing a large purse. Please refrain from conversation with the staff, when possible. Food or beverages will not be permitted into the salon. Magazines have been removed from waiting areas. Nail tech's will be wearing gloves and appropriate PPE. Staff will be routinely checked for symptoms. Plexi glass has been installed at the front cash and nail stations. There will be social distancing markers in waiting areas, as well as in front of the reception desk. Appointments have been spaced apart for extra cleaning between clients. Rigorous cleaning and sanitizing before and after each service for surfaces and tools. We have the right to refuse service if requirements are not met.

We are temporarily CLOSED until Dec 21, 2020 due to regional covid-19 lockdown. We are responding to emails and taking appointment requests as well as inquiries. Hi all GOOD NEWS - It looks like we may re-open SOON. The earliest re-open date for the region of Peel would be Friday June 19th so please check back for updates!! Phase two will allow: hair services, manicures, pedicures, body waxing/hair removal, etc. Facials, face wax/threading is not permitted as part of phase two, as well as hydrotherapy, use of the hydro tub, sauna and body scrubs as it would require use of a shower so we presume that it may be the end of June or earl...y July for those services. All patrons must book appointments, no walk-ins will be permitted. Please come in with a mask as it would be required. We will be restricting the number of clients per area and per day, as the health department will require. More updates to come! We have entered phase three and are able to offer a full range of services such as facials, eyebrow waxing and threading, chin and lip waxing and threading, eyelash extensions and makeup application. Social distancing must be maintained so unfortunately facials and massages must be booked in separate rooms; pedicures and manicures are seated separately as well. We do not provide food or drinks with the packages and ask that you do not bring in any outside food or beverages. Please keep in mind that MASKS as mandatory and are only removed momentarily during services where they would be impossible to do without the mask. March 15, 2020 COVID-19 Update To Our Loyal Customers,... At Hanh Salon and Spa, we take the well-being of our clients and employees as our top priority. We are keeping current on any changes made by Public Health Canada and Public Health Ontario, as well as taking all necessary steps during this time of concern. We are currently deciding to remain open but with shortened hours. We are continuing in all rigorous sanitizing and hygiene practices, as well as keeping hand-washing zones well stocked. We urge you to stay home if you are feeling unwell, have recently visited or have been in close contact with someone who has been exposed to COVID-19, travelled outside of Canada. Please discuss your concerns with reception upon booking if you are unsure of any of the above.
