Very happy student as this past week I received the Best Documentary Image Award for my program and 3/3 of my submissions were put into gallery. For a recent project we had to recreate an iconic image while also displaying an event/issue in the world that has the same emotion. I used Adeles famous new album cover '25' to show the emotion of her sad music. I related the sadness of her music to the sad issue of global warming and glaciers melting. We live in a world where events such as Adeles new album coming out, get more attention than the issue of global warming and glaciers melting ever does. Environmental issues t...hat are so important are constantly getting "crushed" and forgotten.
